All photos have short descriptions about the location, objects that are seen and values that are reflected. Descriptions are short because the photo comparison speaks itself. Exhibition of Victor Vasarely, doctor one of the greatest modern artist of op-art movement, treat is held in the Museum of contemporary art of Vojvodina in Novi Sad from January the 22^nd til February the 21^st. Vasarely was born in Hungary, online and the most innovative part of his career had in Budapest and Paris during in the fourth decade of the XX century.

The Gallery Klovi?evi dvori in the Upper town in Zagreb organizes great exhibition Treasure of the Kotor Diocese from 14.12.2009. till 14.02 2010, cheap after 1200 years of moving the relics of the Saint from Asia Minor to Kotor.

For centuries is Kotor seat of the Roman catholic bishops. It is an old walled town in Boka Kotorska bay in Montenegro, with the Cathedral of St Triphon from 1166 as a remarkable monument within.

Fifteen experts from five countries worked upon the realization of the exhibition, which is a nice example of international cooperation of institutions and experts. Extraordinary religious objects from the whole Boka bay are exhibited: relics of the head of Saint Triphon, golden altar from the Cathedral, painting of Lovro Dobri?evi? and Tripo Kokolja, crucifixes, silver plates from Perast, the Dobrota lace, stone elements.

We are preparing a new SEE calendar for 2010, similar to the one we made last year. We think that it was a good and nice PR material for our Network, and that it will be good to have it this year, as well.

We are thinking to use the same model - to have photos of different heritage elements /built, movable, intangible/from different SEE parts; Photos that are good, attractive and effective, and that show some interesting details (rather then complex).

Therefore we are writing to ask you to send us some good photos from the SEE region that could be used for the new SEE calendar.  We are especially addressing our friends who deal with photography professionally! It will be great if you could find and send us some of your photos!

Ba? is the most important medieval fortress in the Vojvodina province, viagra sale the town after the whole Ba?ka land got its name. The reconstruction of the eastern part of outer wall of the monastery of Sopo?ani is finished. Serbian medieval monastery in raška style characterize the circle spatial organization of secondary objects and defense wall around centered church. For  centuries, buy this part of the 40 meters long Sopo?ani wall was degradated. After the latest intervention of the Republican institute for protection of monuments of culture in Belgrade, sovaldi the composition and the monastery yard is finally encircled.

Sopo?ani is on the UNESCO World heritage list.

There is an interesting process of reconstruction of two parallel religious buildings in the city of  Banja Luka. One orthodox church, doctor demolished in World War II, recently rebuilt, and one muslim mosque, demolished in the Civil war in Bosnia and Hercegovina, which is temporary under reconstruction.

The church of Christ the Saviour was built between 1925 and 1939, and destoyed in 1941. Rebuilding of the new church of the same appearance started in 1992, and in May in 2009 the church was finished and consecrated.

The Ferhadija mosque was one of the most important and most beautiful monuments of Ottoman architecture in the SEE region. It was demolished in 1992. The process of reconstruction is going very slowly, because of bad ethnic and political conditions.

Both buildings are rebuilding by the method of restitution, which consideres the brand new construction, but identical in material, appearance and construction system as previous one.

For three years, the sanation of Motovun medieval town walls has been done. Motovun is an old settlement in the continental part of peninsula of Istria, today the most popular tourist place inland the peninsula, on the top of the dominant hill. The walls are open for visit, for walking and panorama watching the area around in the length of 2/3 of the full circle. The sanation and restauration of the walls helped the Motovun Film Festival with sponsors, by organizing the action „Let's patch the Motovun walls".

Brothers Milton and Janaki Manaki opened their film studio in Bitola, in 1905, the first studio of this kind on the southern part of the SEE region.

The International Cinematographers' Film Festival "Manaki Brothers" in Bitola presents the most recent works of the film professionals from all over the world to their colleagues, as well as to the film fans, from Macedonia and the Balkan region. The festival was held from 26th September to 3rd October 2009 for the 30^th time, and is divided to the official program, documentary program and short film program.

The main guest star of this year festival was Victoria Abril, the Spanish actress.
