The Government accepted the draft law about cultural heritage, viagra suggested by the Ministry of Culture, decease Sports and Media. With its concept and content the draft law represents the efficient answer to more expressed tendency towards inadequate relation with cultural heritage, thumb with all due respect for the rules and standards contained within international documents signed by the Government of the Republic Montenegro.
According to this draft law, the protection of the cultural properties is grounded on internationally established principals of wholeness and equality. Prescript measures are systematized through integral protection and sustainable development, preventive, technical and other special protective measures. .
As we are unofficially informed, the greatest innovations are those concerning penal measures towards violators of regulation about protection. Also this draft law, if elected in Parliament, will clarify the frame of taxes, so that we could raise a fund which will put a plan into effect about our concern to protect cultural heritage.
This draft law prescribes the preservation of cultural properties, goals, foundation and the means of protection, as well as works and monuments which are protected by the law.
It is also prescript that the heritage is protected not matter of which origin it is, or who owns it, as well as whether it has profane or the spiritual character. This low awaits the public hearing that will last for two months. Its program is constituted at the session of the Government.
